If you wish to apply for LNMU PG Admission 2026-28, the entire process will be conducted through the Samarth Portal, a link to which will be available on the university’s official website, lnmu.ac.in. Please carefully follow the steps outlined below to apply.

• First, you must visit the official website of Lalit Narayan Mithila University at lnmu.ac.in. Here, you will find a link labeled “PG Admission 2026-28” or “Samarth Portal”; click on it.
• The homepage of the Samarth Portal will now open before you. Click on the “Register” or “New Registration” option located at the very top of the page.
• On the registration form, enter your full name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number, and create a new password. Subsequently, enter the Captcha code and click on “Create Account.”
• An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address; enter this OTP to verify your details. Once the OTP is verified, your registration will be complete, and you will receive a unique Registration Number.
• Now, click on the “Login” button and log in using your registered email ID and password.
• After logging in, your dashboard will open. Begin by clicking on “Complete Profile” to fill out your profile details. Carefully enter your personal details, family details, bank details, and address details in the respective fields.   Next, navigate to the “Apply for Programme” section. Here, you must select your desired course (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com.) and the corresponding subject.
• Now, in the “Educational Qualifications” section, provide detailed information regarding your 10th, 12th, and Graduation (Bachelor’s degree) examinations (including the Board/University, marks obtained, percentage, and year of passing).
• Finally, in the “Document Upload” section, upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and all necessary documents (such as 10th, 12th, and Graduation mark sheets, Caste Certificate, etc.). Please ensure that all documents adhere to the specified file size limits (in KB). After uploading all the documents, click on “Preview” and thoroughly review all the entered information.
• Now, click on “Final Submit” or “Lock & Submit.” The payment page will open thereafter. Here, pay the application fee (₹750 or ₹850)—based on your category—using an online payment method (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI).
• Upon successful payment, the receipt for your application will appear on the screen. Download it and ensure you save a printout for future reference.
