Bihar STET Form 2026: If you want to become a secondary (9–10) or higher secondary (11–12) teacher in government schools in Bihar, the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, has released the application form for the Bihar STET 2026 exam. Bihar STET Dummy Admit Card 2026 Released Notice
- For applicants who have applied online for the Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2026 and paid the examination fee, dummy admit cards will be available on the board’s official website (https://stetregistration.cbrt.co.in) from September 25, 2026, to September 30, 2026. Applicants must ensure they download their dummy admit cards during this period.
- If any errors are found in the information printed on the dummy admit card, applicants can rectify the incorrect details online by logging into the committee’s website using their User ID and password before the deadline.

Eligibility Criteria Bihar STET Form 2026
Eligibility for the Bihar STET may vary depending on the post and subject. Generally, candidates must possess the requisite educational qualifications in the relevant subject. Additionally, a teacher training qualification (such as B.Ed or equivalent) is also required.
- For Paper 1 (Classes 9-10):
Graduation in the relevant subject. - B.Ed / B.A.Ed / B.Sc.Ed or an equivalent recognized teacher training qualification.
Specific qualifications have been prescribed for certain subjects (such as Physical Education, Music, Fine Arts, Special Education, etc.).
- For Paper 2 (Classes 11-12):
Post-Graduation in the relevant subject. - B.Ed / equivalent teacher training qualification.
Separate specific qualifications will apply for subjects such as Computer Science, Agriculture, Commerce, etc.

Exam Pattern Bihar STET Form 2026
The Bihar STET 2026 examination will once again be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. According to the official notification released by the board, the exam will be held online and will feature objective-type (MCQ) questions. The examination will consist of two papers.
- Paper 1: For candidates aspiring to become teachers for Classes 9 and 10.
- Paper 2: For candidates aspiring to become teachers for Classes 11 and 12.
Note:- Candidates are informed that, as per the official notification, questions in each paper will be based on the respective subject.
