LNMU UG Session 2026-30 Admission 2026 : Selection Process

If you wish to apply for admission to the LNMU UG session 2026-30, your selection process—once the online application is complete—will proceed as follows.

First, LNMU releases a provisional list. This list contains the names of all students. This list must be checked to ensure that your name, father’s name, mother’s name, and other information are correct. If any errors are found in your details on this list, correct them before the final list is released.

After this, LNMU releases the final list. This selection depends on the students’ 12th grade marks and the selected major.

LNMU releases two or three lists. If seats remain vacant in any college after all lists are released, the university initiates a sports admission process.

Students must apply separately for sports admission, and a separate date is set for this.

Once a student’s name appears on the merit list, they are admitted to the college listed on the allotment list. If they do not accept admission, their name will not appear on any subsequent lists.

Note:- When the first merit list is released, many students’ names are not included; therefore, they become anxious, fearing that their online applications may not have been processed correctly or that they will not be admitted. However, this is not the case; almost all students’ names eventually appear on one of the first and third merit lists.

However, sometimes, for various reasons, some students’ names do not appear on any merit list. Such students are naturally very upset. However, these students are advised to immediately approach a nearby college to seek admission through the “spot admission” process.
