| BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha 5th Phase 2026 | Teachers (including physical education teachers) and librarians appointed by the state’s local bodies and working in primary/middle/secondary/higher secondary schools. Teacher candidates who did not appear for or failed the first, second, third, and fourth competency tests can appear for this examination. Teacher candidates who filled out the application form and paid the examination fee for the fourth competency test, but whose application form was not approved by the District Programme Officer (Establishment) for any reason, can appear for the fifth competency test. They will not have to pay the examination fee again, but they will have to fill out the application form again.
