- The written examination will be at the level of the Bihar School Examination Board’s 10th grade (Matriculation) or equivalent. The written examination will consist of objective-type questions covering: 1. Hindi, 2. English, 3. Mathematics, 4. Social Science (History, Geography, Civics, Economics), 5. Science (Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany), and 6. General Knowledge and Current Affairs. The written examination will be of 100 marks.
- The time allotted for the question paper will be two hours. The question paper will contain a total of 100 questions, with one (01) mark awarded for each correct answer.
- Candidates scoring less than 30 percent in the written examination will be declared unsuccessful and will not be eligible for the physical efficiency/aptitude test.
