Vidhan Parishad Sachivalaya Vacancy 2025 : Qualification 

Personal Assistant (PA)

  • A graduate degree from a university recognized by the State/Central Government,
  • Shorthand speed in Hindi at 100 words per minute,
    Typing speed in Hindi and English at 30 words per minute,
  • Desired Qualification: Certificate in a computer course recognized by AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT, or
  • ‘O’ level equivalent in terms of syllabus and duration of subjects prescribed by DOEACC/NIELIT,  or
  • Computer Proficiency Test.

Data Entry Operator (DEO) 

  • Intermediate qualification from an institution recognized by the State/Central Government or Intermediate Council,
  • Speed ​​of 8000 key depressions per hour on computer in Hindi and English,
  • Desired qualification: ADCA or certificate in a computer course recognized by AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT, or
  • ‘O’ level equivalent in terms of syllabus and duration of subjects prescribed by DOEACC/NIELIT,  or
  • Computer Proficiency Test.

Stenographer:

  • A graduate degree from a university recognized by the State/Central Government,
  • Shorthand speed in Hindi 80 words per minute,
    Typing speed in Hindi and English 30 words per minute,
  • Desired Qualification – Certificate in a computer course recognized by AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT,  or
  • ‘O’ level equivalent in terms of syllabus and duration of subjects prescribed by DOEACC/NIELIT,  or
  • Computer Proficiency Test.

Lower Division Clerk

  • Intermediate qualification from an institution recognized by the State/Central Government or Intermediate Council,
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and English,
  • Desired qualification: Certificate in a computer course recognized by AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT, or
  • ‘O’ level equivalent in terms of syllabus and duration of subjects prescribed by DOEACC/NIELIT, or
  • Computer Proficiency Test.
