Bihar Government invites online applications for Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) Scheme for the academic year 2024-25 for students belonging to Backward Caste, Most Backward Caste and Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe categories through PMS Online portal. All eligible and interested students can apply online for Bihar Post Matric Scholarship Scheme 2024-2025 on the official website of PMS Online pmsonline.bihar.gov.in from 25th August 2025 and the last date is 15th November 2025.

Bihar Post Matric Scholarship 2024 -25 Eligibility. |
| Applicants must be permanent residents of the state of Bihar. The applicant’s caste must fall under the Backward Class (BC)/Extremely Backward Class (EBC)/Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe category. Students belonging to the Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class categories or Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories whose parents/guardians’ annual income, including their own income, does not exceed ₹300,000/- will be eligible for scholarships under this scheme. Applicants must also be pursuing post-graduate courses at government/recognized and non-government institutions located within the state. |
