Bihar District Court Vacancy 2026 : Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications for Office Assistant/Clerk:
Graduate-
Basic word processing skills and computer operating and data entry skills,
Good typing speed with proper formatting of petitions,
Ability to take dictation and prepare files for presentation in courts, knowledge of file maintenance and processing.
Qualifications for Receptionist-cum-Data Entry Operator:
Graduate-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Word and data processing capabilities,
Ability to operate telecommunication systems (telephone, fax machine, switchboard, etc.),
Proficiency with good typing speed.
Note – In exceptional cases or circumstances, the qualifications may be relaxed appropriately after the approval of the Hon’ble Executive Chairman, Bihar State Legal Services Authority, Patna.

Qualifications for Office Attendant/Peon/Munshi:
Matriculate-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of cycling, along with knowledge of the local language and places
Ability to operate telecommunication systems (telephone, fax machine, switchboard, etc.).
