BCECE Senior Resident Tutor Vacancy 2026 : Eligibility Criteria |
| For the positions of Senior Resident/Tutor, the minimum educational qualification shall be a postgraduate degree in the relevant specialization. Only in the event of a shortage of suitably qualified candidates shall a diploma be considered as the minimum educational qualification; such candidates shall be awarded 10 marks, equivalent to a postgraduate degree in the relevant specialization. However, their ranking in the merit list shall be placed below that of candidates holding a postgraduate degree. In accordance with the teacher eligibility qualifications prescribed by the Medical Council of India, candidates holding an equivalent postgraduate degree shall also be eligible for selection. Furthermore, for candidates applying to non-medical faculties—such as Biochemistry—a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree is mandatory, in addition to a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree. |
